Steffen Schwalm has more than 15 years experiences in design, implementing and rollout of trustworthy digital ecosystems based on digital identities and trust services in high regulated industries in Europe. He works as Senior Manager Digital Identity and Trust at msg. His main subjects are: Legal Compliance and Governance (e.g. eIDAS, eIDAS 2.0 etc.), Decentralized digital identities and Wallets, Trust Services incl. Preservation, Certification and Audit, DLT and Blockchain. Steffen Schwalm takes part in international standardization at ISO, ETSI, CEN and is author of numerous scientific publications. Since long time he supports shaping European digital identity and trust framework in several European Consortiums and projects.

Jonas Žalinkevičius has 15 years of expertise in business analysis and ICT field. Represents Lithuania in the EC eDelivery network and CEN eInvoicing standard group. In EBSI-NE project is leading EBSI nodes expansion working group. Being active member of EBSI network believes that EBSI could become the next generation member-states driven Trust service provider for complex governance architectures.

Daniel Du Seuil is the Convenor of the European Self Sovereign Identity Framework within the European Blockchain Partnership. Daniel is also the initiator and project leader of the National Belgian SSI project Blockchain on the move. He is currently working as a Project Manager Digital Transformation at Howest – web3 unit and was the former blockchain Program Manager of the Flemish government. He is also a member of the EU blockchain observatory and co-initiator of the Belgian blockchain taskforce at Beltug and the new Blockchain4Belgium group.

Panos Louridas is Director of R&D at GRNET and Professor at the Department of Management Science and Technology, Athens University of Economics and Business. His work has spanned areas from design and applied cryptography to algorithms and machine learning. His books “Real-World Algorithms: A Beginner’s Guide”, “Algorithms”, and “Cryptography” have been published by MIT Press.

Thanos has over 8 years of experience in software development and DevOps. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications and a Master’s in Data Science. Passionate about bridging development and EBSI production operations, he brings a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to technical leadership and innovation.
Panagiotis Savvidis, EBSI Systems Analyst & CERTH SSI Wallet Developer, CERTH-ITI
Panagiotis studied Electrical Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). He joined CERTH in 2021 as a blockchain developer and transitioned to the EBSI team over a year ago. Fascinated by the complexity and depth of the EBSI ecosystem, he now focuses on developing the CERTH SSI Wallet and supporting CERTH EBSI infrastructure analysis.
Ioannis Grypiotis, CERTH SSI Wallet Lead Developer, CERTH-ITI
Ioannis received his BSc from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Technical University of Crete in 2018 and is currently pursuing a PhD at the same institution. Since joining CERTH in 2022 as a software developer, he has been involved in numerous projects related to Distributed Ledger Technologies implementation, with a recent focus on EBSI infrastructure and CERTH SSI Wallet.
