DESCRIPTION:VI-SEEM Climate national training event in Tbilisi\, Georgia a
 iming to train targeted user communities in climate models and using the V
 I-SEEM infrastructure and services.\n\nThe program of the training is foll
 owing:\n\nWRF-Chem application and tools \n\n1. How to set up and run the 
 WRF (the meteorological driver) model and the WRF-Chem model over the sout
 h Caucasus domain.\n\n2. Dust erosions modeling in WRF-Chem simulation for
  this region.\n\n3. Tools (ncl\, ncview) and software for the manipulation
  and visualization of the model's output.\n\n4. RegCM4 model code\, instal
 lation and run.\n\nClimate application and tools\n\nOverview of climate ch
 ange modelling regionalization methods and future projection scenarios.\n\
 n1. Main drivers for long-range climate prediction\; climate change scenar
 ios.\n\n2. GCMs’ (General Circulation Models) development way and curren
 t status.\n\n3. IPCC’s activities and reports.\n\n4. Regional climate mo
 dels and other ways to predict regional climate characters.\n\n5. RegCM4 m
 odel code\, installation\, structure\, main steps to run model.\n\n \n\nT
 he training will be held at the Georgian Research and Educational Networki
 ng Association GRENA office on October 29 between 12:00-17:00.\n\nSpeakers
